ZOE ZHANG Counsel

Zoe Zhang is a counsel of Han Yi. Ms. Zhang specializes in the areas of M&A, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution and general corporate matters. Before joining Han Yi, Ms. Zhang worked as an in-house counsel with a well-known foreign-invested enterprise, where she was involved in various regulatory compliance matters and provided daily legal advisory support to other departments of the company. Prior to that, Ms. Zhang worked at a local people’s procuratorate and participated in investigation and prosecution of several criminal cases. Ms. Zhang was educated at Nottingham University (LL.M.) and Fudan University (LL.B.). She is qualified to practice in China and is fluent in English and Chinese.
