KAIDI PANG Associate

Kaidi Pang is an associate of Han Yi. Her major practice areas include private equity and venture capital investments, capital market, and general corporate matters. Before joining Han Yi, Kaidi worked with a renowned global law firm and interned with a few leading foreign and PRC law firms, where she assisted a variety of large-scale PRC and multinational companies from diverse industries with their overseas listings, private placements, equity financing and regulatory compliance matters. Kaidi graduated from the University of Melbourne (J.D.) and Nanjing University (LL.B.). She is qualified to practice in both Australia (New South Wales) and China and is fluent in English and Chinese.
