EVELYN SHAO Associate

Evelyn Shao is an associate of Han Yi. She practices in the areas of private equity, M&A, capital market, tax law, banking and general corporate matters. Before joining Han Yi, Evelyn worked with a major PRC law firm and the China office of a famous U.S. law firm where she was actively involved in multiple PE/VC investment deals, restructuring and IPO transactions, regulatory compliance investigations and compliance reviews for various bank managed assets. Evelyn was educated at Fudan University (LL.B.). She is qualified to practice in China and is fluent in English and Chinese.
